School has not been good enough nor productive enough. Our minds are still shut down, in a way. I'm slowly adapting to the modules we're taking, starting from writing reports all the way to plain physics. It feels like I'm not cut out for all these, but where do I go? Everyone's complaining how bleak their future is, everyone's facing the same problem, everyone's going through the same phase, this may be our turning point.

I can hardly put my thoughts to words. The thoughts which kept me awake through the nights. I only knew you as an acquaintance because we've never been in the same class but you were that familiar face I see in school everyday then.

I told myself I couldn't bring myself to take a last look at you that night, but when I really mustered up my courage to take a glance, you looked very at peace and I felt relieved at that moment. But as soon as I felt relieved, reality hits again.. You were too young to go, far too young.

It may seem absurd that I was tearing uncontrollably that night because we're not that close but I really don't know why I'm so affected.

This morning was fabulous with Su, he made up his mind and skipped work last minute today because he's down with a bad sore throat(very sexy voice) and cough. He came over to my area after making a detour, then I accompanied him to the polyclinic at 9am to get a mc. We waited hell long for his turn which made me really restless at one point of time. :( Then we caught How to train a dragon at AMK Hub after brunch, and it was surprisingly good! :)

Spent the afternoon/night with the girls at Town, I think I'm under control now- enough of major shopping sprees. But I still couldn't resist this pair of shoes from Topshop, hehe, I received a Topshop gift card from Teresa yesterday! (: The girls and I settled our dinner at HongKong Cafe earlier on, and I'm so glad I feel fine after having curry chicken followed by milk tea. Do you know what you usually get when you mix these two together?!!? Horrible waste.

P.S. To Shili &Yanhong, get well soon you two! :)

After much contemplation, I finally settled for a Blackberry instead of the Samsung B7610 with the irresistible qwerty slide-out keyboard. Welcome me to the Blackberry world babeh, Jasmine Tay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far holidays have been really mundane, my boyfriend's tied down with attachment and such, he's leading a very hectic life now. And I'm the one bumming around all day with fellow idling friends(haha!). I can't wait for our short getaway to Genting next next week with the people!

Good news, or rather bad, I'm in the same class as Foo next semester! It's either we'll talk non-stop in class, or skip/sleep in lessons together. (Y) Oh god, I need muggers in my class next semester, to motivate me.

Oh boy, holidays. Where do I even begin?

I'm going to make use of this period of time to regain my glowing skin(if it ever did). Recuperate and make up for the loss of sleep over the many years. I'm going to turn in early every night because my boy's most prolly sleeping very early every night too because he has attachment during this holiday.

Yesterday was superb with the company of Su almost the whole day!! (: (: Gambled our time away at his friend's place instead of our initial plan; to study... ... Lady luck(he reckoned it's because of me, hahahaha!) was shining on him all the way, who the hell gets three ban luck in a row and then have very good hand of cards for the many consecutive rounds! I sat beside him the whole while, and his luck didn't rub off on me at all. I lost quite a fair bit this year, oh well.. Su split his winnings with me after he won 60 plus odd, it was 80 plus initially if not for the last blackjack the banker had. love you hun!! (:

Had subway for dinner at Rail Mall and attempted to study, but failed. He sent me back home, and ended up gambling with my family all the way till wee morning hours. Heeeheee.

My family did major spring cleaning at home today. And my mom was so happy because this is our first major spring cleaning in 10years! We painted our room PINK, omgosh yes cotton candy pink!!!! Helloooooo, I haven't been updating this space as often. This week's highlight so far was the impromptu ketchup session on Monday. Awesome day, :) We had so much to update on each others' lives; school, love life etc and also reminiscence our old days. Heeeheee.

Sweltering day at Bazaar @Big Splash with Foo, Fangrui, Shili &Yanhong(bosses)! So.. I bought 5 pretty balloons, 6 packets of snacks, 1 ice pop, 2 mo-chi ice creams and took 2 Polaroids with the girls. enjoyable except for the damn weather; scorching hot, literally.

I dragged myself to town after that to meet sis for dinner and some shopping! She just got her debit card, *screams shopping!!!* heehee.

I can't imagine how cycling tomorrow at East coast(again) with my family will be like.. Oh god, the weather's a real killer.

School's extremely boring today, was feeling slightly moody since morning. Hate hate HATE practicals! I'm finally on track with my OOPG labs. Was so glad school's over, immediately head home after that when NP's horribly crowded.

Yesterday. Helped Wanyun's project at NYP in the afternoon with Foo, bumped into friends whom I haven't seen for a very long time. :) Celebrated Bella's belated birthday with the rest of the girls at Marche after that. Happy birthday Fatty, hope you like our presents! (: Enjoyed very much with all the girls' company, I think we're one crazy bunch of camwhores in the restaurant. Suddenly I'm afraid of what's gonna come in 2010, I just want to remain in 2009 forever; young and happy! OK, I think this is nonsense. I thought 2009 was too good to be true, so I'm afraid 2010 will be nothing like 2009. Bad habit is acting up again, too much pessimism in me. Oh well, lets hope it's a good year for all. (:

So.... as I was bloghopping just now, it seems that everyone's saying the same thing; thanking people who were part of their lives. Awwww so heartwarming to see because at the end of the day, everyone's still happy because of the people around us despite all the unhappiness during the year. Let bygones be bygones, it's torturing to hate someone so much(if you ever did). Live life a little bit and enjoy while we await to see what happens in 2012!

Anyway I enjoyed my very last day of 2009 very much, and made a new friend too! Spent the whole afternoon helping out in Wanyun's filming project at her friend's place, okay my existence didn't really help but I had fun playing Wii with my new friend. HEEEHEEE. He's so adorable!! And so, after we're done Fiona, Shili, Yirong &I went shopping at 313 Somerset, again! And we didn't finish shopping over there again because of time constraints. Foo, you better head back with me there again someday! :> Everywhere is having post Christmas sales now, insane!! Oh oh oh oh, we girls are making plans for holiday at bkk during March!!!!! I've been thinking about it for days already! God knows whether everyone's for real for the trip..Well, I AM!!!!!!!

Woke up early today and helped Wanyun with her project with Shili &Yirong at NYP, filming! Okay, I'm just a calefare in the film; "random friend 1". LOL, I don't even have a proper name in the film! Anyhow, it was a very fun filming experience. Shili's sudden inspiration to jump into a scene was hilarious, SCARE THE AUDIENCE ONLY. HAHAHA.

We played charades at night, so fun!!!!! I teamed up with my little cousin ShuYing and I think we make the best team! Charades is like Taboo, whereby one person have to act it out and the other be the guesser. She had to guess this, "Wicked witch flying on a broomstick eating an apple". I ACTED EVERYTHING OUT OK. :>

Anyway, I had a humongous appetite that day, as huge as an elephant's. I ate so much I got diarrhea the next morning when I woke up, I swear the pain was almost unbearable I couldn't even walk properly.

Things didn't start off really well today, had plans with Su to catch Avatar in the afternoon but was ruined by other urgent matters. Oh well, we're still catching it tomorrow!! (hopefully!) I'm so happy we get to spend so much time together this week before he leaves for Phuket! Mad happy! (:

I went back home from Bishan, and then out of house again around threeish to meet the girls at Bishan, again.. Fangrui's back in Sg! (: I teared like a flowing tap when I saw her, yes very embarrassing, but they were happy tears! And her dad was so kind to treat all of us drinks. (: Chilled at T1 all the way till nine before all of us headed home.

Today morning was much of a panic/frustration, damn! I couldn't hail a cab to school when I was running late for my test, took bus in the end and by the time I reached class, I'm only left with 5 mins to do the test. EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED FOR THE FIRST TEST FOR THE SAME MODULE. screwed up both tests.

School was semi productive I guess. Watched movie with GuanLi in library after school then joined Foo &her classmates to chill.

Impromptu plans with Su to have dinner together, made my day so much better! :) Went over starbucks to look for him and studied awhile with his classmates before we left for dinner ourselves. Town was horrible today, seemed as if the whole world was there. Finally reached Liang Court after 1234567hours later, settled dinner at the ramen restaurant, Su's fav. REALLY MUST TRY. (Y)(Y) And I got a new tote bag, YSL! HEEEHEHE.

I bought a cup of chocolate oreo for $3.60 from the library cafe yesterday. I stupidly paid $3.60 and walked away.(What the hell is wrong with me? paid $3.60 for one cup of bubbletea?!) So I paid $3.60 for it, nevermind.. After a few minutes while I was making my way out of library, I dropped my cup and the whole thing just splat on the carpeted floor in front of everyone. I'm watching Su now while he does his work. You know, a serious man at work can be very attractive. HAHAHAHA. I can't believe I just typed that out. I sound like a perv. Anyway, I'm so lazy to even move an inch now. bummer. School's very productive today, and so was after school revision with Foo and Seetho at Bishan CC.

Staying at home to study is dreadful and unproductive, shit. I need to find a way out. Should I go all the way esplanade to study alone tomorrow? I love esplanade library, one of my fav. :>

Had an awesome time at Shuqin's 21st birthday chalet yesterday night. The birthday girl was so busy attending to her other friends, so Jy &I just sticked around with Shuhui. Oh! Shuqin's my cousin btw. :> Had a lot of fun taking pics of ourselves instead of snapping pictures of the birthday girl(which was SH's job but she kept getting distracted) Since SH's not doing her job of a photographer(HAHA), I volunteered to help a little! And SQ has quite a few funny friends, acting candid etc. Hahahaha. I don't have any decent pictures in my cam to post, so I'll patiently wait for the pictures to be uploaded on Fb. Seeing them on Christmas day again! Can't wait. :D

I have so many things to blog today I don't know where to begin! school, movie, chomps etc and Happy birthday, Teresa!!! :) Omg, havent been meeting up for dinner talks, ketchuppp soon!

Today's the first time I stayed in class for the whole 2 hours of lecture for TP, and I finished revising for one chapter! Heehehe. Common tests coming, need to pull up my gpa badly. Made a promise to myself to attend every lecture till the end of the day before meeting the girls at Vivo.

Superdog for dinner before we caught the 6.35pm show; A Christmas Carol. It's so boring I fell asleep during the movie, wasted 13 bucks on that! Fiona &I thought it was too boring so we went out and sneaked into other cinema halls! :> Slacked at the playground after movie while deciding on other places to go. We could've gone to Dempsey for B&J but it was too far for us.. decided on chomps in the end! Had frolick again!! with the free topping coupon from Wanyun! Awwwww I love you! :) I feel so sinful after having frolick and one plate of hokkien mee while the rest shared their food. :(

Anyway, time to hit the sack. What colour should I dye my hair!!? I'm going to dye tomorrow with mommy if I'm able to wake up early(Re-read this sentence again, sounds senseless! HAHAHA) and then attend SQ's 21st Birthday party at night! :)

Quicky update before I hit the sack! Headed down to town with Foo to meet the rest of the girls after school ended. Shokudo for dinner at Heeren, there was this waitress whom spoiled every surprise we had for Wanyun. The funniest thing was when she brought the supposed-to-be-a-surprise cake to our table and asked, "(in chinese)light up the candles here right?" I guess we gave the same shocked face when she asked us that. After dinner, spent our time chilling outside Heeren mac till 11, heeehehee. K Bye, I'M SO TIRED x1000000000.

This week seems so long, again. Anyway, understanding r/s class so far have been interesting, Singapore's "leading" no.2 from the bottom when it comes to sex(compare the time taken; 5 mins VS France's 1hr++, compare the no. of times; twice a month, VS others 3 times a week). Out of all the countries in the whole world, S'pore's 2nd from the bottom. How sad is that? The last in place must be some african country, haha! I feel sad for Singapore, no wonder the population's ageing. tsk.

Infatuation VS true love. He defined what true love is, not a roller coaster of emotions but a lot of trust and faith. Okay, he said a lot more but I can only remember this and I'm not sure if I phrased it correctly too. something very similar to this though, Haha! Blame it on my poor memory!

Literally jumped out of bed at 10.40 this morning when I'm supposed to be up at 8am, missed my 10am practical. shucks. DSDA practical was a struggle too. :(

Met Fiona and the guys after school, headed to queenstown with them to kill time before I met Teresa &Rongyi at town. had two rounds of dinner today! shopped at Ion with them after that. Rongyi has 10% discount for topshop! So I used his card, heehee. :) bumped into yeechuan at topshop, managed to catch up with him a little. :)

I finished half a dozen of Provenance chocolate buns subconsciously while surfing net/watching tv. :( Anyway, everyone should go watch the batsu game on youtube, damn entertaining(at least it is for me!). The objective of this game is to dodge the attackers for 24hrs. It might be a little boring at first cause you don't know what's happening and how's the game like but after watching a few parts(12 parts in total fyi), it becomes entertaining. This week of school seemed forever, lectures and tutorials are so draggy. I like Stefanski's friendliness in class, but other than that, it's either he's not cut out to be a lecturer or we're not smart enough to understand his way of teaching. EPDPR was another headache, damn it! And I have to start revising for my quizzes next week, so difficult to catch up now. :( OKAY GOTTA STOP WHINING AND START WORK.

Yesterday was awesomeeee with Su! Sorry for making you wait so long after your class ended, baby.. :) :) We went prawning at Bishan after my prac. Heeehehe. I'M PROUD TO SAY THAT WE CAUGHT 25 PRAWNS IN 3HOURS. ^^ so much better than our previous time(very embarassing to say this, but we caught 7 miserable medium-sized prawns only.) Haha! Lady luck was on us the whole night, all those uncles even flock to our "territory" to prawn. Tsk. and Su did almost everything.. from removing of the hook from the prawns to starting the fire to bbq and poking the satay stick into the prawns. Awwww. :)

I'm so happy we caught so many ytd! at least we made our money worth this time round. ^^ I love Su and his own theories like, "cannot let the prawns see the fishing line, if not they'll know that it's a bait!!" HAHA.

I've a 250 words essay due next Wed. I've lost touch in writing, duh! My last written essay was during Os, right... 2 YEARS AGO.

Anyway, today's class was much more interactive than last week's. speed dating yknow yknow. and then we had to write a nice little note for our partners after getting to know each other. Nelson had very interesting comments such as CUTE, HANDSOME AND YOGA LIN SPLIT IMAGE LIKE WAAAA. like exaggerating. HAHAHA. I still don't know which part of him looks like Yoga lin! And I guess I was the most stupid one by leaving my name on my notes while the rest of the people's notes were anonymous except jb. -.-
